Since the Apnoe Happening was established in 2002 the VDST Division for Freediving has been a significant part of this event. And it is only natural that we once again are excited about being present at Germany’s largest event of this kind. With its highly-qualified instructor team the VDST will be attending to beginners and advanced freedivers alike, organizing fun and certification freedives and is responsible for the underwater parcours in the swimming bay.
On land we will gladly answer all your questions about freediving as a recreational sport in VDST. Our experts will also be giving presentations, holding information sessions about new workshop contents and preparing aspiring candidates for their written certification tests.
Additionally, we will be supporting the Schlickteufel Crew by helping them throw the Saturday evening party and getting ready for breakfast “the day after”… all in all we will be contributing our know-how above and below water. We are looking forward to three breathless days in Hemmoor and, of course, to you as participants!
